Description: Specially designed for proper powder mixing and blending, most efficient and versatile for mixing light and heavy powder homogeneously.
Used for the smooth and gentle blending of dense powders and abrasive material. This machine can handle large volumes & is easily cleaned. Separately driven internal lump breakers can be provided for breaking lumps & agglomerates. The unit consists of two cylindrical cones welded together and fitted with shafts mounted on bearings. The blender is rotated at slow RPM because of which the entire mass is tumbled along the angle of the cone resulting in crisis crossing of the material to produce a uniform mix. Baffles are provided inside the cone for thorough mixing.
Description: V Blender equipment is very useful in the pharmaceutical and food manufacturing industries. It is also referred to as the twin shell blender and is widely used in the industry. This is because it offers a short blending time and highly efficient in operation.
The machine is made up to 2 hollow cylindrical containers joined together at an angle of 75 to 90 0. As the V blender tumbles the material is continuously separated and recombined, & thorough mixing occurs as it falls randomly in the vessel. The repeated converging and diverging motion enhances the frictional contact between the material and the vessel giving a gentle and homogenous blend.
SALIENT FEATURES :
- The conical shape of both ends enables uniform mixing and easy discharge.
- All contact parts are made out of SS304 / SS316 quality material.
- Maximum care has been taken to ensure the safe operation of the unit.
- Manual rotating (handwheel) for inching. The same will be provided with ss cover & limit switch.
- Suitable size of a butterfly valve at one end of the cone provided for material discharge & hole with openable cover provided at other ends of the cone for material charging & cleaning.
- One shaft with 04 nos. of fixed buffers with mirror polished provided inside the cone.
- Cone will be mirror polished from the inside & outside & the structure will be matt polished.
- Safety guards made from SS304 pipes provided in front of the machine with a limit switch.
- SS304 Ele. The panel provided, having 3phase indication, D.O.L. starter, digital timer & Amp. Meter.
- Food grade rubber gasket will be used on both ends of the cone as well as in the butterfly valve.
- Inside & outside of the cone will be polished to the mirror finished.
- Safety guards provided with the limit switch to not start the machine when safety guards are not in a proper position.

- Suitable for dry mixing of products in powder form.Easy for loading and unloading.
- Easy for cleaning.All contact parts are made out of SS304/SS316 or SS316 L quality material, as per customer requirement.
- Simple design requires minimum maintenance.General structure & safety guards made out of mild steel & colored in Standard Model and made out of SS304 & polished to the matt finish in GMP Model.
- The ‘V’ shape gives sufficient continuous movement to the granules, result in good quality.
- Maximum care has been taken to ensure safe operation of the unit.
- Manual rotating facility with hand wheel for inching.

- Flameproof drive motor along with the flameproof starter
- Contact parts made out of SS316 or SS316 L instead of SS304.
