RAVI INTERNATIONAL – Liquid Oral / Syrup Manufacturing Plant consist the following equipments and accessories.

Plant Features :
- The plant is designed to be operated by one operator and one helper, saving on precious man power costs.
- Sugar syrup and manufacturing vessels are provided with limpet coils for heating and cooling, designed for internal. vacuum to facilitate transfer of sugar directly from stores to sugar syrup vessel.
- Sugar syrup is transferred to manufacturing vessel through online sugar syrup pre-filter by vacuum.
- Entry of all propeller agitators is from bottom through a specially designed mechanical seal face.
- The advantage of the bottom propeller agitator over the conventional agitators is that there are no vibrations of shaft, no couplings in the drive assembly, leading to lower maintenance cost.
- Pipes, pipe fittings and valves are of SS 316, seamless, internally electro-polished with DIN standard unions and silicon gaskets.
- All vessel shall be vertical cylindrical with welded top dish and welded bottom cone.
- Two third portion of Sugar Syrup Vessel to be provided with SS 304 limpet coil of 50 mm Diameter X 3 mm thick at a pitch of 75 mm.
- All vessels to be provided with jacket of 50 mm / 75 mm thick mineral wool insulation with 2 mm thick SS 304 cladding.
- The inlet & outlet valves are pneumatically operated valve.
- The vessel to be provided with a specially designed bottom entry propeller agitator.
- The agitator shaft shall pass through a cartridge mechanical seal with TC/TC seal face, which is water-cooled along with water sensor connected to an electronic relay, which shall trip the motor if water flow stops.
- The vessel shall be provided with 3 nos. SS 304 leg supports.
- The vessel shall be provided with SS 316 Monkey Ladder for entering the vessel.
- The vessel shall be provided with Electrical Panel.


Salient Features :
- The Plant is designed to be operated only by one operator and one helper.
- All material transfers are done by vacuum or by transfer pumps.
- All the vessels are cGMP (paint free construction)
- The gaskets used are of silicon (food grade).
- All contact parts are of SS316 quality material & finished to class 4B (Mirror) finish and are crevice free.
- Entry of all Propeller agitators / Homogeniser are from bottom through specially designed cartridge mechanical seal with TC / TC seal face.
- The advantage of Bottom entry agitators over conventional one is that there are no vibrations of shaft, no couplings in the drive assembly, excellent mixing technique & lower maintenance cost.
- All vessels are suitable for internal pressure of 1 Kg. / Sq. cm. and hence can be sterilized.
- All pipes, pipe fittings and valves are of SS304 / SS316 ( as per customer requirement ) seamless quality, internally electro polished,with tri-clover ended joints.
- The entire plant is equipped with CIP & SIP connections, so that customer can use these facility, if have CIP & SIP equipment.
- All values of temperature & time of the plant are indicated digitally on the control panel. Ampere indicates on Ampere meters.
- A micro processor based automatic operating plant can be designed as per requirement. (Optional ) All the inlet & outlet connections are provided with tri clover joints, which are very easy for cleaning & replacement.

* Vessel to be vertical cylindrical with welded bottom dish and flanged top dish
* Vessel to be provided with a perforated basket with 110/24 mesh dutch weave screen
* Top dish to be provided with a 50 mm inlet nozzle with a full cone distributor and the bottom dish to be provided with a 50 mm outlet
* Flanges to be provided with silicon D ring seals
* Vessel to be provided with 3 nos. SS 304 legs with castor wheels
* Top flange height shall be 900 mm
Finish : All Contact Parts of SS 316 is finished to Class 4B (Mirror) & Other Components of SS 304 to Class 2B (Satin)



Vacuum System To Transfer Sugar & Sugar Syrup
This system shall be used to create 700 mm vacuum in:
Sugar Syrup Vessel – To transfer sugar from jute bags from Warehouse to sugar syrup vessel.
Manufacturing vessel -To transfer sugar syrup from sugar syrup vessel to manufacturing vessel through inline filter.
This system shall consist of the following:
* Water-ring Vacuum Pump with Bronze Impeller and suitable Motor Drive
* Water Recirculation tank including discharge piping from pump to cooler and back to pump complete with valves and fittings
Electro-polished Product Piping
The following piping shall be carried out:
* From Liquid transfer pump to manufacturing vessel
* From manufacturing vessel to pump of horizontal plate filter
* From Horizontal plate filter to Storage vessel
* From Storage vessel to transfer pump and from transfer pump to hopper of filling machine
* The pipes shall be 2 mm thick seamless, Electro-polished
* The unions shall be DIN standard with Silicon seal rings
* The valves shall be EPDM diaphragm with DIN unions
Vacuum receiver cum separator with bottom drain
* Common Base frame for Pumps, Motors, Cooler and Receiver
* Electrical Control Panel
Working Platform
* The platform shall be made from SS 304 pipes with SS 304 railing and SS dimpled plate.
* The platform shall be provided with steps on one side.
* Complete unit as above with all components of SS 304 finished to Class 4B(Mirror) finish
