RAVI – Ointment Mixer :   are available with double / triple entry agitators having various combinations like mill, dissolver, Anchor scrapper stirrer, sinus, contra motion stirrer. These have a wide range of applications in Pharma, Cosmetic, food and chemical industry. Mixers are normally stand alone constructions with an option for S.S. working and loading platforms.

The mixers normally consists of:

• Basic vessel with hemispherical/torrispherical bottom and flush valves for quick drainage.
• Top Dish / cover with :
  Illuminated sight glass | Temperature probe | Vacuum Regulation Cock | CIP nozzle | Handhole / view port.
• Charging nozzle :
  The dish is provided with hydraulic raise/ lower arrangement with suitable cylinder and guide bars and limit switches to control traverse. Smaller units can be provided with tilting arrangements
• Jacket for heating/ cooling with suitable inlets/ drains/ vent/ and manifolds with safety valve pressure gauge arrangement.
• SS covers with glass wool lagging for better aesthetics and GMP.
• Solid State/ normal electric panel with controls and timers leading to easy operations. Programmable panels with printers are also available as option.
