Description : Starch Paste Preparation Kettle / Binder Preparation Vessels (Paste Kettle) Used For Preparation of Starch Paste. special Conical Shape Ensures that the Heating Of The Starch Paste Is Uniform and Gets More Surface Area. Paste Kettle with Tilting Arrangement for Unloading the Paste to Container Or Vessel.

Starch Paste Preparation Kettle / Binder Preparation Vessels (Paste Kettle) machine designed uniquely for optimal product mixing efficiency to ensure a homogeneous mix products. paste kettle with special stirrer in the vessel to be designed to create vortex inside the solvent which enhances the desired solubility of binder solute into the various solvents.

RAVI – Paste binder kettle is unique design the binder solution can be directly transferred into the processing equipment such as high shear mixer granulation, planetary mixers or fluid bed processor or any mixer / equipment.

BOWL	Hemispherical shape with pouring lip. Fabricated out of 5 mm thick S.S. 316 Q sheet. Polished to mirror finish for having inside dimension 770 dia x 450 height
JACKET	Fabricated out of 5 mm thick SS 304 Q Sheet
INSULATION	Complete pan is insulated with 40 mm thick glass wool and cladded with 2 mm thick SS sheet and polished to dull finish
LID	The Tank is provided with SS lid fabricated out of SS 316Q, 2mm thick with 1/3 rd open and 2/3 closed type
STAND	The pan is mounted on SS stand with plummer block bearings at both the ends , and one end in Provided with worm/worm wheel arrangement for tilting the vessel.
Complete drive unit mounted on the vessel with the help of M.S. Top Plate with SS cladded Complete unit as above with suitable steam fittings like pressure, gauge, air vents, safety valve, steam inlet, and condense outle, Temperature indicator for the product etc. complete unit as above model.
