RAVI – VIBRATORY SIFTER Based on the ‘Gyro’ principle, RAVI’s Vibratory Sifter meets the requirements of ‘Dust-free Sifting’ of the Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, Food, Chemical, Cosmetic and other allied industries. The complete vibrating assembly has a specially designed gyro motor that is fitted with top & bottom eccentric weights designed as per required centrifugal force. The sifter is designed for convenient usage & maintenance.
Separation of solids from solids, liquids from solids and gradation of materials in accordance with their sizes have always presented problems, especially when large quantity of material is to be processed through finer screens.

In recent times the most important  development  that  took  place  is  the replacement  of  the conventional reciprocating motion by the gyratory motion in sieving and  straining  operations. “RAVI”  sieving,  grading  and  straining machine is specially developed  with above design features to provide gyratory vibration. The amplitude of vibration is  adjustable to suit processing need.
