Lifting Head Consisting of :

• A suitably selected hydraulic cylinder housed in a MS/ S.S column.
• Cylinder is coupled to a robust yoke through wire ropes and cam guide rollers moving on square bars.
• Bottom bearing pedants to be grouted in the floor.
• Top bearing pedestal with distance piece . Both the above bearing aid in manual swiveling of the column, through 360 degree.
• Spring loaded locking arrangement to lock the column at desired positions of charging / discharging.
• Endless canvass belt with guide rollers to cover the front of the unit & prevent entry of dirt etc. inside the column.
• Tilting Head A horse shoe shaped SS arm, to be bolted to the yoke by means of SS Hardware.
• Cone with body flange to match the bowl flange is provided with grooved slots for fixing a square gasket .
  SS clamps to facilitate leak proof clamping to FBD bowl are fixed on the internal periphery of the cone.
• Discharge end provided with butterfly / iris valve to regulate discharge of material in inverted position along with extension piece .
• Tilting of cone is achieved through double action hydraulic cylinder through rack & pinion assembly.
• To & fro movement of the rack, achieved by the lifting cylinders, in turn rotate the SS shaft, fixed to the cone, through flanged hearing block, fixed on the horse shoe arm.
• The rack pinion/tilting cylinder assembly is enclosed by side plates at the end of arm.
• DRIVE : Drive is through a hydraulic power pack consisting of : TEFC 3 phase 1440 RPM motor and pump.
• Hydraulic manifold comprising of direction control valve and inter connecting fixed / flexible pipe line.
• Power pack is operated by hand levers for raising / lowering and tilting.
• Floor Space Pillar 450 X 600 MM Cradle 2000 X1900 for 200 kg FBD bowl 2300 X 2200 for 250 kg FBD bowl Height 3800 MM Or designed to suit your ceiling and lifting height.
