RAVI INTERNATIONAL – Offers Tray Dryer with various types of heating systems such as Steam, Electrical & Thermic Fluid. Tray Dryer suitable for Pharmaceutical, Bulk Drug, Chemicals, Dye stuff, Food Products, Plastic, Paint Industries. Stainless Steel Tray Dryer is used for the best drying results in conventional process. Tray dryer with Hot air and Steam base supply with double walled cabinet with Single or Two doors as per customer demand. Hot Air Dryers two walls is filled with high density fibre glass wool insulation material to avoid heat transfer. Tray dryer Doors are provided with Food grade gaskets. Stainless steel trays are placed on the movable trolleys. Tray Dryer with Operating control panel board, process timer, Digital temperature controller cum indicator etc. Tray Dryer model available with different ranging from 6, 12, 24, 48, 96, 192 trays.
Tray Dryers are used to remove liquids or moisture from bulk solids, granules, powders & etc. Tray Dryers can be broken up into two main types: direct and indirect. Hot Air Direct dryers convectively heat a product through direct contact with heated air, gas or a combusted gas steam etc. product. Tray dryer Indirect dryers conductively heat a product through contact with a heated wall.
SALIENT FEATURES : GMP MODEL
- All stainless steel 304 /316 /316L cGMP construction for pharmaceutical applications or external mild steel with stainless steel interiors with rounded corners or full mild steel construction
- Blower fans are axial flow type with variable pitch blades to adjust air flow to suit product being dried
- Electric / steam / thermic fluid / diesel oil / LPG heating.
- Tunnel type dryers wherein trolleys are placed one behind the other and double door loading.
- Flameproof construction with explosion flaps, non-sparking metal combinations, earthing chain etc.
- Positive exhausts wherever required.
- Continuously wound and crimped fins for the heat exchangers in case of steam / thermic fluid heated models.
- Steam / thermic fluid heat exchangers tested at 15Kg/cm² hydraulically.
- Electric heater terminals situated outside the hot zone in case of electrically heated dryers. Heaters are accessible and replaceable from outside the dryer.
