Tray dryer with Hot air and Steam base supply with double-walled cabinet with Single or Two doors as per customer demand. Hot Air Dryers two walls are filled with high-density fiberglass wool insulation material to avoid heat transfer. Doors are provided with Food grade gaskets. Stainless steel trays are placed on the movable trolleys, with an Operating control panel board, process timer, Digital temperature controller cum indicator, etc. Model available with different ranging from 6, 12, 24, 48, 96, 192 trays.

Hot Air Direct dryers convectively heat a product through direct contact with heated air, gas, or a combusted gas steam, etc. product. - Tunnel type dryers wherein trolleys are placed one behind the other and double door loading.
- Flameproof construction with explosion flaps, non-sparking metal combinations, earthing chain, etc.
- Positive exhausts wherever required.
- Continuously wound and crimped fins for the heat exchangers in case of steam / thermic fluid heated models.
- Steam / thermic fluid heat exchangers tested at 15Kg/cm² hydraulically.
- Electric heater terminals situated outside the hot zone in case of electrically heated dryers. Heaters are accessible and replaceable from outside the dryer.
