Ravi International, Double cone blender, specially designed for proper powder mixing and blending, most efficient and versatile for mixing light and heavy powder homogeneously.

Double cone blender (watch video) used for the smooth and gentle blending of dense powders and abrasive material. This machine can handle large volumes & is easily cleaned. Separately driven internal lump breakers can be provided for breaking lumps & agglomerates. The unit consists of two cylindrical cones welded together and fitted with shafts mounted on bearings. The blender is rotated at slow RPM because of which the entire mass is tumbled along the angle of the cone resulting in crisis crossing of the material to produce a uniform mix. Baffles are provided inside the cone for thorough mixing.

SALIENT FEATURES :

The conical shape of both ends enables uniform mixing and easy discharge.
All contact parts are made out of SS304/SS316 quality material.
Maximum care has been taken to ensure the safe operation of the unit.
Manual rotating (handwheel) for inching. The same will be provided with ss cover & limit switch.
Suitable size of a butterfly valve at one end of the cone provided for material discharge & hole with openable cover provided at other ends of the cone for material charging & cleaning.
One shaft with 04 nos. of fixed buffers with mirror polished provided inside the cone.
Cone will be mirror polished from the inside & outside & the structure will be matt polished.
Safety guards made from SS304 pipes provided in front of the machine with a limit switch.
SS304 Ele. The panel provided, having a 3phase indication, D.O.L. starter, digital timer & Amp. Meter.
Food grade rubber gasket will be used on both ends of the cone as well as in the butterfly valve.
Inside & outside of the cone will be polished to the mirror finished.
Safety guards provided with the limit switch to not start the machine when safety guards are not in a proper position.
